Introduction: According to the results of modern research, allergic rhinitis (AR) affects 10% 40% population. There is a need for an effective objective and dynamic method assessing quality treatment such patients. Purpose: assess relationship between level eosinophil cationic protein (ECB), VAS indicators, nasocytogram, Phadiatop inhalation allergy screening disease activity in patients with rhinitis. Methods materials: Two research groups were created. The main group – 48 state exacerbation, control 41 people chronic without manifestations allergies absence anamnesis. In both groups, protein, blood eosinophils, nasocytogram was performed, determined, noted their condition according VAS. Patients from 1st study formed self-control group, which examined after 2 weeks. Results: Indicators eosinophils nasal mucosa, index are statistically significantly higher compared indicators group. divided into two subgroups. first subgroup included mild form score less than 5 points. They received topical corticosteroid mometasone furoate. second moderate severe more furoate combination blocker H1-histamine receptors cetirizine hydrochloride. evaluation weeks revealed presence strong positive correlation (0.796) dynamics VAS, average (0.518) (0.641 ) percentage among inflammatory cells indicator does not change much. Conclusions: Patients' assessment before has highest medium mucosa data. Inhalation Allergy Screening Rate degree increase or decrease makes it possible high accuracy severity exacerbation monitor effectiveness patient treatment. It reflects can be useful as marker inflammation.
